Claytile (Pty) Ltd secured the order to supply 1,198 million Imperial Clay bricks to the project.
Project is located on the corner of Koeberg & Loxton roads in Milnerton.
The Development consists of 3 basement levels for parking, 2 Retail Levels & 3 levels of Residential Apartments.
