50 Upper Rhine Road, a new apartment complex in Sea Point, will consist of nine apartments with a mix of one and two bedroom units. It is situated on the slopes of Lion’s Head just minutes from the central city and the V&A Waterfront. Units have mountain and sea views, balconies, direct access parking and store rooms.
All units will be equipped with fibre-optic internet connectivity, DSTV and air-conditioning. All balconies will be fitted with built-in gas braais, and all apartments will have inverters for back-up power and LED lighting to minimise power consumption.
Finishes are in a mix of earthy tones with elements such as porcelain, granite, natural stone, timber and carpeting in two colour palettes. The overall design caters for modern, simplistic luxury.
